Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Prezenca Critique, a service provided by Prezenca Group d.o.o. By using the dashboard or embedding the widget on your site you agree to them.

1. The service

Prezenca Critique lets you embed a bug-reporting widget on your websites and forwards the reports to your Jira. The service is provided as-is and we may change or improve it.

2. Your obligations

• You embed the widget only on sites you operate or are authorised to modify.
• You inform the visitors of your sites about the processing of data they submit through the widget; for those reports you are the data controller.
• You look after access to your Atlassian account and revoke it when you no longer need it.
• You do not use the service to send unwanted content or malicious code, or to overload systems.

3. Limits

We apply reasonable limits on the number of reports per project and on attachment sizes. We are not responsible for the availability of Atlassian services or for the contents of reports submitted by visitors of your sites.

4. Termination

You can delete a project or your account at any time in the dashboard or by writing to us. We may discontinue the service or restrict an account that violates these terms, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
