Ready for AI agents

The intake for your AI dark factory

In a dark factory, AI agents take tickets and ship fixes around the clock, and they are only as good as the ticket they get. Prezenca Critique turns “it’s broken” on your live site into a report an agent can act on without asking back: what the person saw, where, in which browser, and what the console said. People report, agents fix, you review.

  1. 1.Someone reports it

A visitor, a tester or a client marks up the problem on the live page.

  2. 2.A complete ticket lands

The issue arrives in Jira, Asana or your inbox with the annotated screenshot, the page, the browser and the console log.

  3. 3.Your AI agent picks it up

An agent reads the ticket from your tracker, or straight from Critique over MCP, and reproduces the problem on the same page.

  4. 4.The fix comes back for review

It writes the fix and opens a pull request. People review it and ship.

Prezenca Critique does the reporting and the ticket. The agent is yours: any that works from your tracker.

How it works

From a click to a ready-to-work issue

  1. 1

Add one line to your site

Create a project, choose where reports go and paste the snippet. Or hand the ready-made prompt from the dashboard to your AI coding tool.

    <script async src="https://critique.prezen.ca/widget.js" data-key="my-project-7k2q"></script>
  2. 2

    Anyone marks up a screenshot

Visitors click Feedback, press F or shake the phone, draw an arrow or a box and write what is wrong. No account needed.

  3. 3

Your team gets the full picture

The report lands in Jira, Asana or your inbox with the annotated screenshot, the page, the browser and the console log.

Features

Everything a clear report needs

Screenshot, markup, comment and the technical details, collected in one step by the person who saw the problem.

Pixel-exact screenshots

On desktop the widget captures exactly what the visitor sees on screen. On phones it takes a snapshot of the page.

Annotate in seconds

Arrow, box, pen, numbered text notes and blur. Move, edit or delete anything you drew; the notes also go into the ticket.

Full technical context

Page URL, referrer, browser, operating system, screen size, console log and JavaScript errors come with every report.

Made for phones too

Shake the phone or hold two fingers on the screen to report, and draw with a finger. The page does not zoom in while someone types on an iPhone.

Your brand, your language

Brand colour, tab position, light or dark theme, a keyboard shortcut and seven languages.

Private by design

Blur hides sensitive details. Reports are stored encrypted in the EU and deleted after 30 days, 90 days or a year, as you choose.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How long does the setup take?

A few minutes. Create a project, choose where reports go and paste one line into your site, or give the prompt from the dashboard to your AI coding tool.

Do people need an account to send feedback?

No. Anyone who opens your site can send a report. Leaving an email address is optional.

What does a report include?

The annotated screenshot with its numbered notes, the comment, any attached files, the page URL and referrer, the browser, operating system and screen size, and the console log with JavaScript errors.

Will it slow down my website?

No. The script loads asynchronously and is about 6 KB compressed. Capturing and drawing load separately, only when someone opens the widget.

Where can reports go?

Every report lands in your Critique dashboard. If you like, it also goes to a Jira or Asana project or an email address, and your AI agents can read it over MCP. Slack is next. One connector can serve several projects.

What happens after the free trial?

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Add a card during the trial and it lasts 30 days from sign-up, with the first payment on the last day. To keep the widget running, subscribe for €10 a month or €84 a year. If you do not, the widget pauses on your websites and your projects and reports stay until you come back.

How is private data handled?

Reporters can blur anything sensitive before sending. Reports are stored encrypted and deleted after the period you choose, from 30 days to a year. The service runs in EU data centres.
